Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact returns@frontline-nutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in suitable packaging
Items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, or missing tags may be refused or returned to the customer.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new, a reduction in the refund amount may be applied to reflect any loss in value.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Frontline Nutrition cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. Please refer to the size guide provided on product pages before ordering.
Returns due to incorrect sizing are accepted within the return window, however return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact returns@frontline-nutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delays may occasionally occur with the postal service.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. Frontline Nutrition cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact orders@frontline-nutrition.com and we will assist in investigating the delivery.
