Return and Refund Policy
Right to Return You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving any reason, except where noted below. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@frontline-nutrition.com
Exceptions to Returns The following items cannot be returned once the product seal has been broken for health and hygiene reasons:
- Food supplements and nutritional products with broken or removed seals
Clothing items can be returned within the 14-day period provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Return Period You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to notify us of your intention to return eligible items.

Return Costs You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Condition of Returned Goods You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refund Processing We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items If goods are faulty or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the exceptions above, in accordance with your statutory rights.
