Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within [1-2 business days] of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Method All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48®, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Royal Mail carrier rates apply, plus a fixed handling fee of £0.50 per order.

Order Tracking All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays and Issues Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as Royal Mail delays or adverse weather conditions.
